Broccoli salad

POTATO AND BROCCOLI SALAD

Ingredients:
2 bunches of broccoli
Juice of 1 lemon
6 white potatoes cut into four
1 ½ cup of Corn curnuls
1 chopped red onion

SAUCE OR DRESSING
½ cup yogurt
2 tablespoons of flax seed oil
2 or 3 chopped garlic
2 scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sugar (cane sugar)
1 pinch of dill
8 sprigs of parsley or cilantro

Preparation:

1. Cook everything separately potato, broccoli and corn.
2. Put everything in a bowl with lemon juice and onion.
3. Prepare the sauce with yogurt only the ingredients specified above.
4. Mix everything and serve!
