Ingredients:
6 potatoes
1 green pepper
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons of mint
1/2 onion
3-4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
Preparation
1 Bake and mash the potatoes.
2 Chop the rest of the ingredients.
3 Mix the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
