RATATOUILLE

RATATOUILLE!
Ingredients:
1 Eggplant
1 Onion
2 Zucchini
2 Bellpepper
1 branch of fresh rosemary
Tomato sauce:
3 Tomato
5 Garlic
1/3 Of an Onion
10 Branches of cilantro
10 Branches of parsley
1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon of sucanat
a pinch of marjoram, thyme, dill, cilantro seed.
Preparation:
1. Grind all sauce ingredients in a blender and pour into an ovenproof dish.
2. Chop all ingredients in to thin slices except the rosemary.
3. Place all vegetables in baking dish.
4. Rosemary branches placed over vegetables and cover the pan.
5. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, until the eggplant changes color and vegetables are tender.
6. Remove the rosemary before serving.
